If you care about your mental wellness and personal growth but feel burned out by advice that expects you to constantly “put yourself out there,” you will feel right at home here. We built NES for anyone who wants to grow at their own intentional pace without draining their social battery. If you want an encouraging, hopeful home base that actually respects your need for solitude, NES is for you.

We publish soulfully-written content along with periodic videos, both on this website and on multiple social media platforms. Our focus is on producing content on relationships, personal growth, mental wellness and anything else that might benefit an introvert. NES will help you (the introvert) with content and other resources that enable you to maintain boundaries and safeguard your social battery whilst at the same time ensuring fulfilling growth as a person.

Initially, our content is completely free as we build our audience. We are currently developing a digital-first subscription model of around $5 or 300 Rupees monthly.
At the same time, we are actively revisiting our pricing structure to ensure it remains accessible to a wider audience.

At present, NES does not hold formal incorporation status. We are exploring the possibility of operating as a cultural movement that does not require traditional incorporation.
