Restrict Anxiety to 10 Minutes Daily

“Anxiety is like when video game combat music is playing but you can’t find any enemies.”
– From Reddit (Shower Thoughts)

Does this describe a situation you often encounter? I’ve been there too, a lot, and know how it feels.

It’s destabilizing, stressful, and tiresome + you can’t focus on what you want to.

Also, it’s a lonely experience because no one around is on the same boat.

🛣️ Do this for progressive relief (over a period of days):

1. Set a timer for 10 minutes at the same time daily.

2. During these 10 minutes, indulge in your worst anxieties.

3. Once the timer runs out, get on with your day.

4. If you get hits of anxiety after the session, tell yourself you will indulge them only during your next session.

5. Rinse and repeat.

Your anxiety attacks will gradually lose their sting.
